The vintage is de-stemmed for 100 %. Here the Syrah compliments the rather weaker Grenache. This wine raises it self to one off the best local wines of the red Côtes-du-Rhône thanks to the best selected grapes (old vines) with aging during eight to twelve months in large oval vats. In addition to its dark appearance, one take pleasure to capture its long lasting fruity flavour in the mouth, with roasted meat, for example.
